I have rented from here before, but didn't initially this time because the location I had originally reserved from was closer and an easier drive to and from our new place. Then I had soooo many complications with that site, but Yvonne Andrews, Reservation Manager, made it sooo much better and found this location for me. “My twin sons moved from the Pointe San Marcos into a local duplex last weekend. They were able to create a reservation using the app the day before, and they arrived 5 minutes before the reservation time the next morning on a Sunday. They had no problems whatsoever getting the 10ft truck that they needed for a four-hour rental period. Everything was incredibly smooth, and the return was a breeze.
