Processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly works to improve customer experiences. One customer was "very happy" with their experience at the 900 Bugg Ln location, praising the staff for going "above and beyond" to find a box to ship a bat. Another customer was "pleasantly surprised and relieved" by the excellent service from employee Luis, who processed their paperwork and took their photo for a passport application in under 15 minutes. Ashly, an employee at the credentialing office, received high praise for her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for the customer's experience. Another customer in a difficult situation urgently needed a piece of mail containing their new driver's license before moving out of the country. Thanks to the help of Tyrell at the Stagecoach location, they were able to receive the critical document just in time. Overall, customers highlighted the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff at various USPS locations. One customer who came from out of town specifically to get credentialing done remarked that all the workers were "very nice" and recommended the place highly.
