“I was looking for a specific fossil watch but the outlet didn’t have it. Kimia Gonzales was very helpful to try an find the watch I was looking for but the outlet didn’t have it so she showed us the sale they were having, 2 for $149 so I bought a watch and my husband got one too. Kimia was very friendly, helpful and the other worker were very friendly.
Thank you Kimia and associate.”
“Very wonderful experience while I was helped. Renee made it go very smoothly and efficiently. Was very competent and eloquent in her speech. Would most definitely return in the future.”

“We stopped by for a watch for my son, came out 6 watches later. Megan Toms was our salesperson and I cannot say enough about how great she was. Excellent customer service skills, made us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you are looking at visiting this store, I highly recommend her. A 5 star experience. When I go back, I will purchase from her. Thank You Megan, you were awesome.”
“RJ is exceptional! We needed a new watch band We went to the store in Oct 2025 however the band was no longer available. We had the warranty, RJ showed us different watches but they were not the style we wanted. We went back in Dec 2025 still could not find one. We explained to RJ the type of watch we wanted he stated he would text us when something came in. Here we are March 2026 and we received a text from RJ with 3 watches that matched what we wanted. We let him know which one we wanted and went to exchange out the watch. The watch was perfect. We truly appreciate RJ for his continued customer service and finding us the perfect watch months later. RJ truly went above and beyond!!”
