“I was looking for a specific fossil watch but the outlet didn’t have it. Kimia Gonzales was very helpful to try an find the watch I was looking for but the outlet didn’t have it so she showed us the sale they were having, 2 for $149 so I bought a watch and my husband got one too. Kimia was very friendly, helpful and the other worker were very friendly.

“RJ is exceptional! We needed a new watch band We went to the store in Oct 2025 however the band was no longer available. We had the warranty, RJ showed us different watches but they were not the style we wanted. We went back in Dec 2025 still could not find one. We explained to RJ the type of watch we wanted he stated he would text us when something came in. Here we are March 2026 and we received a text from RJ with 3 watches that matched what we wanted. We let him know which one we wanted and went to exchange out the watch. The watch was perfect. We truly appreciate RJ for his continued customer service and finding us the perfect watch months later. “John took care of me in King's jewelry he's very polite and made sure that once my watch was repaired he made sure it was polished up even my Invicta my diamond and Victor he cleaned that one up he put a battery in it and he polish it up I like the attention to detail to make sure the customer is very satisfied and everything leaves their shop and it's done to perfection thanks again King's jeweler for the repairs to watch batteries and everything that it do for me.”
