“John took care of me in King's jewelry he's very polite and made sure that once my watch was repaired he made sure it was polished up even my Invicta my diamond and Victor he cleaned that one up he put a battery in it and he polish it up I like the attention to detail to make sure the customer is very satisfied and everything leaves their shop and it's done to perfection thanks again King's jeweler for the repairs to watch batteries and everything that it do for me.”

“We stopped here while we waited a couple hours to check in to our air b&b. My friend was using her white cane and a lady noticed her. While I was explaining what I was seeing, she came over and handed her a few pieces she could actually feel. My friend is blind and it turns out the lady was actually the owner. She noticed she had a visible impairment and knew friend couldnt really enjoy what I was trying to explain to her. Both my friend and I were really touched by her kindness. They had some beautiful work in their gallery and we both got to enjoy the work they had there. It was also a working studio and I briefly got to see some members working on some pieces. We would like to thank you for having taken the time to show us around. ❤”

“We randomly stopped into Brighton after spotting a purse in the window display that caught my eye.
I’ve never owned a Brighton before, but I’ve always heard they’re an investment....not cheap, but built to last and loved by the people who have them for years.
The purse that drew me in was a small clutch, bright, unique, and unlike anything else I’d seen. I was curious what something like that would cost, so we went in to check it out.
We were greeted right away and the staff was incredibly friendly without being pushy. When I checked the price, I was shocked to learn it was originally $340... BUT it was on sale for 80% off, bringing it down to just $68. It truly felt like it was meant to be and I wasn't even in the market for a purse!
To top it off, the experience felt special. The purse came with a white linen dust bag, and the team wrapped it beautifully before placing it inside with tissue paper.

“Don’t listen to Google Maps: it tells you to go further and take exit 201 into an alleyway to go here. The ramp off the highway has barriers that make the turn practically impossible. Nevertheless, my mom was able to find a nice gradation gift here. Staff was patient, helpful, and provided good service.”

“We had an issue with a pair of Optus YSL heels my sister bought, the first time she wore them to an even the heels had a defect, I contacted Tavo, who has been very helpful every time I visit the store, and he immediately solved our issues without a single hassle, I ended up exchanging the heels the same day the issue happened took the new ones back to my sister and the replacement heels have been taking hell, things can happen to any shoe, no matter the brand, but the customer service this store showed us was TOP TIER, therefore keeping us as loyal customers!!”
