“I absolutely love Zumiez, just not the prices. This is the only skate shop or resemblance of a skate shop in the San Marcos area. Got my first custom skateboard here and got help from the worker who put it together for me! So kind and friendly couldn’t be more grateful for the help since I didn’t have any tools myself to put it together. helped me from start to finish and walked out with the best skateboard ever!!!!!!”

“Shout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

“The store is one of my favorites. There is actually one location on each side of the outlet. The store was clean and tidy. The associates were very polite. I always find everything I'm looking for in my size. The clothes are good quality and last a long time. When I made my purchase I was able to get an additional discount by signing up with my email.”

“Shopping here on Friday was a delight. My aunts and I enjoyed the storefront and the staff were so helpful. However, it is the efforts of Robert that I want to acknowledge. I left my bag in another shop and returned home hours away. He was so kind, helping me retrace my steps in attempts to find it. Even going so far as to hunt for the items for me to purchase in replacement. His efforts made all the difference, and I was able to locate and begin the retrieval process. The clothes are beautiful, but its the service that will keep me a customer here in the future.”
“I got a complex dye and cut done by Malayla, and I literally have never been happier! They did a great job communicating all the plans and how certain colors would look, especially on a person. Otherwise, I’m not sure if I would’ve picked the right color. As someone who has gotten several dye jobs before, it is so difficult to find someone who can really make your dreams become a reality, but they did amazing! And it’s even more scary when prices for dye jobs can be so steep. But Malayla went above and beyond, even showing me how to properly style the way I wanted and giving me tips for how to get a similar look without as much hassle since I mentioned that I generally don’t do a lot of styling. It made the whole process seem a lot less intimidating… It was also lovely talking to them and generating ideas! I can’t recommend this stylist and salon enough! Thank you!”
