“This is a solid small town grocery store. You have more than one option on just about anything. We were visiting from Fort Worth and are used to the "city slicker" grocery stores that really have a ridiculous amount of options. This store has what you need. BUT....I'm a little perplexed at the pricing. Most of the prices were very good, and really 5% more than you'd pay at a big town grocery store (I mean, c'mon, they have to haul it to San Saba TX), but some things were 20% higher or more (ground coffee for instance). This is the first time we visited San Saba that this place was active (it had burned down the last time we visited and the "temporary" store was near the courthouse). Produce was very decent. They even have gas pumps outside, farm equipment, and an ACE Hardware that is inside the store on the west side of the store. Four stars really has to do with the significant price issues on some items. If you go, please watch the sticker prices.”
“I enjoy shopping at this Tractor Supply, the partners or employees always welcome you as you enter the breezeway. Very friendly, helpful and are willing to assist you if you need them to. I can always find what I am looking for and if I am not able to an employee is there to help. Great service, friendly atmosphere and employees. Yes, I will continue to shop this store. There is even a pecan orchard across the road that seems to keep eyes on the store. Thanks for all you guys and gals do.”
