“Went in after going to multiple auto parts stores looking for a part for my vehicle. After experiencing no luck and terrible customer service at autozone Charles took the time understood my frustration and helped me find the correct break pads rotors and shoes. Also prevented me from buying the wrong A/C Freon “didn’t need the dye” for me to fix my a/c. I will now only go only to this O’reillys for any parts I need and will only recommend this store specifically for all my grease monkeys.”

“Came in today for wiper blades was helped by younger blonde haired guy I’m pretty sure was named Dalton. DALTON went above and beyond making sure I got the correct specialty blades even installing them to make sure they were the right ones. In 2025 it’s RARE to find such nice kind and caring customer service. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We only go here and Glen Polk for parts.”
