“Booked an appointment online today for a charger port replacement for 2pm. Navid called in the morning and asked if I’d like to come in earlier for a diagnostic. Warned me that he didn’t have the part in stock and if that were the case, he’d have to order it. My pal took in my phone and sure enough, I needed that part, BUT Naveed went above and beyond to pick up the part at a place nearby. Wow! Talk about customer service!! They had a battery replacement special (with repair) and suggested I get it while he had the phone open. Totally! Thanks a bunch Navid! Now I don’t have to suffer trying to get my old phone charged. Phone is like brand new! You’re the best! Totally recommend these guys!! Price is SUPER reasonable and turnaround time is exceptional. Did I mention they also have A+ customer service? Cause they most certainly do.”

“WOW!!!??? I Walked into the store and asked if my charging port could be cleaned because it didn’t want to charge anymore and my headphones wouldn’t stay in the port anymore due to how dirty it was. One great Gentleman came out and no questions asked said he would clean it for me and took my phone bacc. He brings it back out in less than 5 minutes and he ended up cleaning the charging port and and all the speaker holes to the phone!! Now my phone charges and my headphone finally stay in the port!!! GREAT GREAT SERVICE!!! ????? HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!????????”

“After class, my car would not start. I was parked on a street that’s not on campus, which campus police does not service. Officer still came out & immediately knew it was my battery. He noticed it was purchased from Interstate Batteries & suggested I call them. I did. Zach answered the phone- told him my situation cliff not version; he confirmed they had one battery left & they closed at 6:30pm. And that they don’t roadside/delivery - which was fine. I called my insurance roadside service and it was a 40 minute wait; luckily a fellow resident was passing by, gave me a jump. I high tailed it to IB’s. Called Zach to get directions (never been to Corinth) to let him know I was On my way!, he said you are good we stop service at 6:20pm., and you should make it. I did. I called Zach from outside, he saw me and came out; he checked my battery, confirmed it was dead & it was still under warranty. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I offered to tip him, and he said I was good; he refused it. I was persistent; he refused.He assured me that it was all me that did all the “work” and all he did was replace the battery.Zach thank you for being helpful, patient and teaching me about Corinth. I’ll be back.”
