“Hands down best experience ever!! Amazing customer service and very friendly. My car lost power and died on the side of a two lane highway - I had no markers to give anyone to find me. Crystal helped me send her my location and made a very stressful situation better. She was able to set up a driver to arrive and help me within 40 minutes. Caleb was AMAZING!! He was very knowledgeable since my car was dead and being able to get it safely towed. If this EVER happens again, I will be calling Randy's.”

They took great care of my coach, as they accomplished each task, if they noticed anything that needed attention they'd let me know and we would discussed additional cost.
