“I broke down over the weekend and needed my car towed home, so I called Hook'd Towing. Chris the owner called me and said they can tow my car and could possibly fix the issue. I explained what my car was doing and he stated he would like to tow it to his shop and diagnose it to see if they can fix it. Jeremy took excellent care of my vehicle while towing.Not even a few hours after they had my car they diagnosed the problem and said they can get it fixed by 4pm that day. “Freddy Castro was absolutely amazing! He came through after the previous tow company (through my GEICO roadside assistance) had me waiting almost 2 hours in the heat and fell through due to ineffective communication. My daughter, 1st year college student, couldn't get into her car due to a super dead battery which caused her key fob and manual key to not work. He was able to quickly get into her car and get it boosted so that I could take it to the repair shop. Thank you Freddy!”
