“Bilal was very friendly. Met me at parking lot as soon as I parked. Told him I needed a safety inspection. He kindly said give me five minutes to finish an oil change on another vehicle. Within 5 minutes he asked for my vehicle document. I was happy I didn't have to wait that long because within about 20 minutes later he was done with the thorough inspection of my vehicle. Kudos to a job well done. Very satisfied customer. A+ 5-Stars.”

“We trust the service and employees at The Master's Touch. They worked on a 2011 Toyota 4-Runner we bought, updated everything and it runs like new. Our 2020 KIA Telluride developed a clunking sound in the rear when driven over bumps and they found the problem and fixed it. It was easier to get appointment with them than the KIA Service Dept. Their fees are very reasonable!”

“Hello, I’m new to the Fort Worth area, I was praying for a honest , thorough, mechanic. I read the reviews on this place. OMG!!!! In my opinion our reviews are not doing this place justice. Steve the owner and the employees are kind and professional. The customer service are a cut above what I’ve personally experienced. For me It’s has been hard to find mechanics to see as a person instead of $$$$. Not saying all have treated me in this manner but my passed experiences has left me skeptical.
