“I’ve had a scary moving experience before, but this was not one of those times! Adilene was fantastic! I toured multiple units and came multiple days to look at units, and she worked with me so well to ensure all my needs were met. She has great communication and truly made me feel at home. I’m so thankful for her and the complex for helping make sure everything went smoothly!”

Windsor Estates has the best management team Stephanie and Devon made sure I didn't miss they gave me glasses and it was a beautiful site to see. The office staff and maintenance team are truly the best.And as I said before I am so happy I live hear Rain and I love calling this place home and looking forward to continuing calling this place home.So I would tell anyone if they are looking for a fabulous place to live come here and give Windsor Estates a try. “I moved here from California to be near my family and signed lease without seeing the unit and boy was I amazed! I not only am paying half the price as I was in cali but the grounds and amenities as well as staff especially Stephanie and Robert were so helpful in getting me settled in. I highly recommend this property to all family types ! It’s safe , clean , and quiet”
“5 stars is a understatement I wish I could give 10!! There very flexible and we’re there for me when I went through a rough patch to ensure I kept a roof over my kids head ! They have great maintenance and very safe and quiet grounds ! The management is very friendly and attentive! Prefect place to settle with a family or your spouse. Amazing !”
“Beacon lakes is a relaxing place to stay at, so far I really like being there. I enjoy the quiet and the golf course view from my apartment. Everything so far has been great, my service request recently was handled and resolved in a timely matter. I really have no complaints about living here so far it's great. However I do have to say parking is a little tight I'm lucky I leave work at an early enough time to find a parking spot close to my building, but whenever I come home late from going out I usually have to park a bit further, not a big issue just a bit of a walk. If there were more parking spots and not every carport was reserved already I would definitely give Beacon Lakes 5 stars, slight inconvenience for parking but other than that it is a great place to stay. Also staff has been very helpful in answering my questions, shout out to Taylor,my leasing agent, for assisting me with my many questions that I have asked.”

“So far everything is good. Just want other pet owners to be more responsible when their animal uses the bathroom where they shouldn't. Some people do not pick up their dogs waste and it's not fun to step in it when you're leaving or coming home. There should be more cameras recording and maybe if their caught and fined, they might start being more responsible.
