“I’ve had a scary moving experience before, but this was not one of those times! Adilene was fantastic! I toured multiple units and came multiple days to look at units, and she worked with me so well to ensure all my needs were met. She has great communication and truly made me feel at home. I’m so thankful for her and the complex for helping make sure everything went smoothly!”

“So far everything is good. Just want other pet owners to be more responsible when their animal uses the bathroom where they shouldn't. Some people do not pick up their dogs waste and it's not fun to step in it when you're leaving or coming home. There should be more cameras recording and maybe if their caught and fined, they might start being more responsible. Thank you”

“I have been a resident at Lakeshore Apartments in Houston since July 2025, and my experience has been very positive. The maintenance team is extremely dependable, responsive, and always professional when addressing service requests. The leasing office & management team are resident-friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the community. The property is consistently well-maintained, and the common areas are kept clean and inviting. One of my favorite aspects of living here is the resident social events. They are always fun, well-organized, and provide a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and build a sense of community. Overall, Lakeshore has been a wonderful place to call home, and I appreciate the effort the staff puts into creating a comfortable and welcoming living environment.”

The maintenance staff is likewise professional and complete all repairs in a timely and thorough fashion. “From the moment I stepped onto the property with Maritza, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and belonging. Apartment tours are usually stressful, yet this one felt effortless—almost as if it was meant to be. It was like divine intervention, as though the property had chosen me instead of the other way around. The neighborhood is wonderful, but it’s the warmth, care, and customer service that truly set this place apart. Under this management team, it feels less like leasing an apartment and more like finding a home. ??”

“My daughter and I have been here 7 months and are very happy here. The office staff, Mrs Karin and Mrs Tana, are incredible. They are both down to earth, professional, nice and they mind their business but handle their business at the same time. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. I've had a couple of maintenance requests during my stay here and the maintenance men have been prompt, respectful and efficient. The office had an adorable little Halloween party with pizza, drinks and candy for us and this Christmas they had a gift wrapping station and had prizes for the residents. I have zero complaints living here. My daughter rides her bike to the school down the road which at first worried me, but in the mornings Davis Rd has plenty of kids going to school, parents walking them, people exercising and walking their dogs. It's as safe here as anywhere else. This place truly feels like home, it is my peaceful sanctuary. The price is great to be in CCISD, close to shopping, restaurants, gas stations, the beach isn't far. I totally recommend The Shore apartments to anyone. I honestly am in disbelief about all of the bad reviews on here.”
