Full service bank. Staff are courteous and helpful. Appointments needed for most things and are often a tedious wait (making and sitting waiting). That's how banks are now. Bank is open and airy and comfortable.

Gave 2 stars because the people are friendly but there are never ever enough tellers. They will have several employees at the podium and only one teller while many of us wait in line for long amounts of time. And this is all the time - not just occasionally.
