The worst experience, the lady in the entrance, rude, doesn’t help, but she sure does make it hard banking with you, she needs tactic and Respect to treat clients, people, she makes you fill forms not needed, and takes longer, and you only have one cashier, she does nothing but walk around, and say wait, before you had a nice lady, she even spoke Spanish, and when you came in she says hi, and ask you what we need, and did everything in a tablet and really help people and fast, not this older lady, this is sept 5 2023, check who you had working there, around noon, before like 2 weeks ago you had someone totally different, happy and great service, now I am closing my account with this bank just because of her, why would someone try to make it difficult to just deposit a check in to your own bank account , does she know how to work with a tablet? and help people in line, like before, she needs to learn to use technology and help people, that’s why she is there, NO? , bring back the girl that was there like 2 weeks ago, the line went fast with her, and really helped the cashier, and you almost always have only 1 cashier, she helped people on the line and made it faster, this woman is bittter, She just walks around, but does NOTHING. She acts like she is doing you a favor.

I have been a customer for several years here, but this is the worst customer service so far, they never pick up the phone, they do not follow up, a person of my age has to get an uber at their designated time, they never have appointments available, its just sad.

Always has a line. 1 teller got people who work here just standing around doing nothing. So frustrating

Everyone was nice, but they had zero $2 bills. What’s the point of a bank if they can’t let the people have the $2 bills sitting in their checking account???

Awesome establishment with helpful, friendly staff both on phone and in person. I also love all the security measures they take to ensure my accounts safety.

If you're going to discontinue the drive thru service, maybe have more than 1 teller inside.. on a Monday... after being closed on a Sunday...

The worst bank ever. No drive thru, one dam teller, stood in line for 15 mins on my bad knees, then they charged me 8 dollars to cash my paycheck. My employer told me to come here. This is unacceptable. What happened to the old days, finger print and cash be on your way.

Terrible customer service. They close at 4 PM Monday through Thursday. And they do not operate the drive-through at this location. Find another bank.

The only reason I used this bank is the teller Donna, she is very nice and always willing to help me with my business needs. Donna is the only teller long wait but she does her best. BA has a great employee, I hope she stays with Bank of America, I will continue to come to this location if she is there. Thanks Donna for all your help, thanks for being so kind to the senior citizens of Texas.

My son lost his debit card. When we went into make a deposit, we realized the replacement card had my name on it, instead of his. Since we were already in the bank, and no one else was waiting in the lobby, we decided we would speak to a rep and try to get the matter taken care of. There were two reps working and neither was with a customer. They were just sitting in an office talking to each other. They saw me try to sign it, and told me, "We'll be with you in a minute. Just go sit in the lobby." We waited for at least 10 minutes, while they continued their discussion. Finally they wrapped it up and got up, walked past me (without saying a word), and headed to the closed door area of the bank. Finally, one of the reps came back, walked past me and said, the other girl would be with me in a minute. I knew exactly who this rep was. Her name is Peggy Ramirez. I knew her, because she has called me at home on numerous occasions wanting me to increase the business I do with BOA and asking me to come in and meet with her. So, I reminded her of who I was and told her, "You have called me on several occasions at my home, wanting me to take time out of my day to speak with you. Now, when I actually need help, you are completely disinterested in helping. Look up my account and give me a call when you decide you have time to be helpful." Then we walked out. For a bank that claims it is committed to making customers a priority, I'd say this branch and this representative leave much to be desired.

This place is awful… and they truly just don’t care. Part of that obviously is BofA model to keep customers away from the branch. But that sinks into the employees! They then feel they can treat you poorly and as if you are the issue for coming into the location. Please bring back Brenda and/or Michael. Isabel (although I’m sure she is a nice person outside of work) deplores being helpful to customers. How can you have ZERO tellers on a Friday afternoon. While you sit there and do NOTHING?!? I’m in the branch every week. They constantly are unresponsive. The ONLY reason I choose this location— Donna is so great! She really is the only person in the branch that cares for me and my business. Dozens of times I have been in line for over 15 mins while higher managers and the branch manager sit and do nothing at the kiosk. What a waste! And more detrimental to your location- what a bad look! They come over and ask if they can help you only to refuse helping you!b I sure wish customer service would come back. As a shareholder and as one on the advisory board it is painful to do business with my own bank. Please return to thinking customer first.

I am currently standing in line with 11 people waiting to see the only teller. This is the 3rd time in the last couple of months that this has been the case. Also, what's up with 10am to 4pm? 6hrs? It is sad to see what has happened to the Selma location.

The branch manager was extremely rude to a customer who walked in after me. She seemed unwilling to assist her because she didn’t have an appointment. I hope I never have to go to BOA again to conduct business. One teller doesn’t cut it for a large bank like them.

Great! I didn't know there was a branch here. And it is very convenient, good location.
