Fed Ex ground are the worst for customer service. If I could give a lower score I would. It is very disappointing we cannot get better delivery service for businesses in Texas.

Sent a package with overnight shipping. Over a week later and it still hasn’t moved. Shertz fedex needs to be shutdown
