However, there have been issues with stolen pain pills from the drive-thru, leading to the requirement of showing ID to prevent this from happening again. Customers have found the workers to be knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate in their desire to provide excellent service, even when the pharmacy is busy.
They were friendly, got my wife's prescription ready quickly, and let me buy a few items i picked up in store so I wouldn't have to get in line again.

If you have to wear a mask that makes it difficult for people to hear what you say, you shouldn't be working the customer service counter. I have no hearing impairment. Can't imagine how it would have been if I did.

I haven't had any issues so far and I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. They are usually quick and don't give me any hassles over anything.
