If you don’t have T-Mobile, then shame on you! I will NEVER switch to any other company. Service is always spot on, the gents at the Schertz store helped beyond necessary (John and Doug), and I basically danced out of the store. ??

The young Man with the 2 tone mustache, couldn’t turn my phone on. Told me to go to an Apple Store. Said it was definitely something wrong with the phone. I went to another t-mobile they turn it right on. He didn’t want to help.

Went to the Forum where they had 20 people in line in front of us. Then, Remembered this store was here in Schertz. Walked right in and got what we needed! ZERO wait time!

Place could not be more unhelpful. I don't even know where to begin. Horrible experience. Ended up paying $ I didn't need to. Bought a charger that was way too expensive. My contacts didn't sync correctly which was the one thing I stressed I needed. Oh, and the phone has no screen protector despite asking. Manager just seemed so uninterested to be there. Go to cibolo location instead. Wish I read reviews here.

Very RUDE store manager. I went in for assistance to turn in a phone for trade in and the manager, JERRY, was very rude and unhelpful. Even though I have a text message from T-Mobile stating to turn it in at the store, Jerry didn't even want to bother looking at the text received and didn't even want to speak to the T-MOBILE rep that was on the phone with me.
