“John Lawrence is the best driver. He arrived earlier than the 3 hour ETA and was very kind and helpful with the towing service. Will definitely request for him if I ever need a tow again”

“Fantastic experience! They fulfilled a Roadside Assistance claim for me on a vehicle lockout and were communicative (S/O to Jennifer in Dispatch!) on all levels. The technician, Bill, let me know when he was on the way and followed the instructions to find me - I was in an underground parking garage - perfectly. He worked his magic and had me back inside my vehicle within minutes! Great job all around!”
“These guys showed up in 15 minutes. To tow me from fm 78 a bit inside 1604 to my house in Converse north of Master's elementary was only $150. They mentioned that non cash payments are like 4% surcharge. 10/10 reccomend if you're in the Randolph/UC/Converse area.”

“10/10 service!! David was such a huge help and was very informative after my accident in New Braunfels. First accident in my life and they took care of me. A different towing service with a similar name is unfortunately disrupting service and causing confusion but these guys really are the real deal. Shoutout to David for the quick response time and very friendly and professional service.”
“My 36 ft diesel pusher Class A motorhome was broken down on Loop 79 in Del Rio. For 24 hrs we searched for someone to get us out of a ditch, by the side of the road. Hernandez was the only towing company to agree to do it. Because of the airbrakes and air suspension, the process is complicated. Nato agreed to come and completed the tow efficiently, professionally and clearly knew what he was doing. He got us out of a bind without damaging our home. Thank you.”
“New Braunfels Towing is the absolute best in town!! I have known Joe and Joey for years and they have always been so amazing and professional in their work. I recently reached out to Joe for a tow of my personal vehicle. He was quick to say we will be there just send me the location. I knew my car would be in good hands. The entire Medellin family has always been the nicest and most kindhearted towards me. Each time I have dealt with NB towing and the family they have always made me feel like part of the family and very well taken care of. Do yourself a huge favor if you are in need of a tow and reach out to NB towing! You will not be disappointed!! Best experience ever!!”
“Small hometown business and Nick and Barry know everthing about all suv I was at two different places they couldn't fix but Nick fixed my suv and it drives great now Thanks so much”
“Tho this was a bad experience for us in how we met, the towing company was very nice and helpful. I do not do too much business with towing companies under these circumstances, but when I have over many years, they are usually very rude. This company and the 2 reps I dealt with we not only extremely nice, they were so helpful. I was very surprised but appreciated it very much. I met them yesterday about 11:30. Danny”

“Hi Paul, Belmon had my 2011 Ford F150 motor redone and it’s in good shape. These guys do get on it and get done with two year warranty and even beyond these guys go out of the way to keep you happy.”
“Great staff very friendlyand helpfu. They took care of business fast. Ubers to the location take a funky route due to the frontage to 35. It's not near landa park it's off 35 in an easy to pickup and drop off.”
