I was just there and Jesse helped me for the second time. I gave him a pass last time for being rude. He was very rude again this time. I will NOT be back to the Schertz Post Office. I even cracked a joke and of course he didn't even smile. I think he does not need a Customer Service job. I really wanted to give Zero stars.

Slow service, some employees are slow. Today they had a very horrible yard maintenance service that intentionally blew dirt and debris all over everyone's cars and when myself and other customers complained the clerks ar the desk shrugged it off and made the excuse it a different entity. Wouldn't even get the supervisor when asked. Found out they intentionally blew dirt at my wife when she got out of the car. Don't go here go to the Cibolo post office instead

The lady who delivers the mail at 17321 Lookout Rd doesn't do her job well, she doesn't deliver packages that are from the second floor up, and to top it off she lies, she doesn't go up and says she does, it's disrespectful to customers.

Surprised by the low ratings as I've have great experience with this post office. If I have a delivery issue and need to contact USPS support, the support team sends this office my message and I always receive calls the next day. My issues are always resolved. I've never had any issues with in person visits either. I'm very pleased and satisfied with this post office.

Should’ve listened to the 1 star reviews and gone elsewhere. Thought I accidentally went into a DMV with how rude they were being to us and how miserable they looked. The only one that still had a bit of life in her was the trainee who should run as far away as she can. The benefits aren’t worth it working with a manager and coworker like that. Girl RUN!!!!

It's been 2 weeks and still haven't got me keys for my mailbox. They put a new lock in, and the keys were the wrong ones they gave me. So now I have to wait another week so they can change out my lock again.

Second time at this post office in Schertz. Jesse is still rude, no customer service skills! After so many reviews why is Jesse STILL THERE? He lied and said on his application he was a people person to get this job. I always leave there feeling angry. Somebody call Trump about this government employee.

I have never seen people more miserable in their jobs. No customer interaction… not even a grunt of acknowledgement. Maybe need some new staff 🤔

Mailman doesn’t even want to talk to me. I ask him politely with my ID if he can help me out. Completely ignores me. Doesn’t treat people like people. Do better USPS.

What is going on at this Schertz Post Office??? I dropped off a 12 lbs package on Feb 05, 2025 - it didn't make it to the SA distribution center until Feb 11 and since then is MIA!
I dropped off another package on Feb 12, 2025 and actually paid for priority shipping to Helotes (just across town), Schertz says they sent it to SA at 4:38 PM, however - it just got to the SA distribution center today (Feb 14) at 12:35 PM and is now on the way to be delivered tomorrow.
Something is really wrong here and when you talk to somebody at that post office, it's never their fault and there is nothing they can do about it.
From now on, I will take my mail to Cibolo or Converse or just use UPS.

The people that work there should be fired. HORRIBLE customer service and not willing to help at all. Like everything is an inconvenience. 6 of my packages aren't accounted for....Zero assistance.

Post office needs to get rid of teacking!!! Come on, 5 days and just moving through the system. So freaking stupid. Give uo on tracking usps, yall can't keep up with it.

The mail clerk Jessie has the MOST disgusting attitude.
Today they locked the doors and had the curtains drawn by 4:27. They refused service and are rude and disrespectful to customers ALWAYS!!!
