“My check engine light came on and since I’m new to TX, I didn’t know who to take my Jeep to. The reviews on Taylor’s website were great, so I took it in to them. They ran their checks, did a tune up, and got my car fixed up. They were so thorough in explaining everything and going over the pictures they sent with the diagnostic report. They have excellent customer service and I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for being an honest shop!”

“Early in the morning on my way to work the bottom engine shield came loose and started dragging the pavement. I exited the highway and pulled into a gas station. I didn’t have tools or anyway to lift the car. I found online B&P Auto Repair was nearby and I slowly drove to their location. It was 5:30 am and they showed to open at 8, so it was a long wait. They however opened about 7:40am. They took my car to the lift and refastened the engine protector plate. They charged a very minimal price and I was on my way to work. They didn’t have to put me in front of other customers but they didn’t to get me on the road. It was very much appreciated! Great customer service.”

“Nice people and fast service. There may be a wait until it is your turn initially, but after it is your turn, the line moves quickly, and you will be home in no time. I am pleased with their oil change service and inspections. I have not used their tire change service or the car detail services that they provide.”

“My BMW was overheating and I was nowhere near where I needed to be, & close to being stranded on the road with about an hour til I could be home. I was able to leave my car with them while I waited for it to get towed and they were very hospitable. They even took a look to see if there was anything they could do. I wasn’t even a true client and they treated me with such kindness. That’s that southern charm. Hoping this place only gets more and more successful. Very thankful ? They also have a cutie that’ll keep you company too haha”

“The guy who took over the business is great. He does a lot of hard, honest work for a good price and will only help to give the best quality products for your vehicle. He also looks exactly like Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad but that's irrelevant. He is definitely cool though?”

I stopped here hoping someone could point me in the right direction, and the employee who helped me (I wish I had gotten his name!) was awesome. He ran a diagnostic, checked everything over, and made sure my car was okay before sending me on my way. He was helpful, professional, and beyond kind!
