“I talked with Jerry on my ‘97 ford f150 about an exhaust system, he worked me in that same day while I waited. He did an exceptional job on the truck. His attention to detail was amazing. I’m a perfectionist and he impressed me. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done right. “Where to begin... The experience I had at Platinum is unlike any other dealership I have ever worked with. It started with an inquiry just to see if a vehicle was available. I got a call within 5 mins from Josh. I was set to look at the vehicle the next day but my daughter had a fever. I reached out and told him I would let him know when I was able to come look at the car. Over the course of the next four days there was no pressure, no annoying calls, or scare tactics that the car might get purchased by someone else. In fact it was the opposite. Silence. Weird right? Maybe they thought I was a flake. I was getting ready to call and see if I could come look at the car and and I got the sweetest no pressure text asking how my daughter was and just a follow up to see if I was still interested in looking at it. I said yes and drove straight out there. Expecting to deal with a shitty experience as I have mostly had it was the opposite. I met with my sales guy the car was pulled up front clean and there was zero pressure. I said this is it. This is where I want to be and can we run some numbers. No credit check needed to talk numbers. Great. The numbers were not where I wanted to be so I decided to leave and give them a chance to shop my trade to see if we could get to where I wanted to be. They got to where I wanted number wise so I had them run my credit. I know roughly with my credit where the apr should be. They ran it and once again I was expecting to jack my rate up a few points and then magically negotiate it down. That did not happen. They showed me the rate straight from the banks and all the options the bank was offering to them and essentially me. I was sold. I can not say enough good things about the people here and the way they operate. They are a model of how all dealerships should operate. Even the big ones like S3W3LL whose entire model is built around the customer and from my experience it is not. Josh, Robert, the other sales guy, and finance manager you guys are amazing and thank you. I will buy my next car from Platinum.”
“Coming home the other night I had a blow out and was on the side of the road for some time before a tow truck was able to pick me up.
My car was towed to Stress free auto. The tire was replaced.
The next day my tire light was on, so I took the car back to them.
Femi and his team made it a priority to find out what was causing the light to come on. They didn't keep me waiting . I was able to drive out pretty quickly.

“These guys are awesome. I called to ask if they have a specialized tire size they checked inventory and did not see any. I received a call back about four minutes later they had physically checked their warehouse and found the size I needed. This was a huge win in the middle of memorial day weekend. I inquired about a second size also specific 285. Which are hard to come by and they went out of their way to get what I needed would have been easy to say nope don’t have it and hang up the phone.. but Castillo‘s tire shop made it happen. Highly recommend this no frills family owned shop.”

Mazda wanted to charge me $722 for parts and labor. I found the lens online at a discount parts store and drove my vehicle to Doy's to see if they could install it. Not only did John install it, he did it right on the spot. We are so thankful that we found Doy's.”
