I had my road bike tubes changed in 15 minutes, and he gave me great pointers for my bike as I prepare for a triathlon! Personally appreciate going in there and feeling valued, unlike a large sports store that may not know exactly what you need.”

“I took my Raleigh Tourister in for a tuneup. The bike has rod brakes- no cables. The rear brakes would not fully disengage. When I went to ick it up the rear brakes were still dragging. I picked it up on a late Friday. I left the shop and headed home in the bike. With her brakes not right, I returned to the shop. Jeff went right back to work on the bike and came up with a neat modification, adding a spring to the system. Problem solved. I have a new challenge for the shop and hope to keep getting good results.”
