“I have to say this is one of the most professional cellphone stores that I've been to their customer service is 100 it's hard to find employees that really Reach Out Beyond just what they can do at their job and do more and taking care of their customers while doing their job I go just to the this store because their customer support has always been a great satisfaction for me they work well as a team if one has a question they will reach out to another to make sure that they have the correct answer to fix any problem I have with my phone the patience and understanding fundamentals the employees have at this store are far beyond any cellphone stores that I've been to. it's a great feeling knowing I can come here and fix any problem I'm having with my phone or any question I have all the employees there are great here's a few names on my list I want to add who helpt me out and I rate them 5 ? s Kevin,Prince, Joe, Gerardo,
they've given me nothing but great service and answers to questions I did not know I truly appreciate them both for helping me out and guiding me along the way this is truly the right cellphone store for me”

“Phone wasn’t charging properly, had to wiggle it or have it at a certain angle to charge. Took it to get the port replaced, gentleman was so nice he offered to clean the port first before having to replace it. Cleaned it and worked like a charm, saved me some bucks and time. So well deserved 5 plus stars.”

“Setting the appointment was super easy and the phone was repaired and ready within the hour. This is the 2nd time I have used this business for a claim. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of damage to the phone both times.
The first time, they set the phone on something hot that essentially melted the back a little, pointing it out himself. I believe he offered to fix it, but I respectfully declined as I didn't want to deal with it at the time.
This time, same phone, the guy pointed out that there was some damage on the back bottom right corner, but said it was there before which was believable. The second I handed the phone to my daughter who waited in the car and wasn't privy to that conversation instantly pointed the damage out and said it wasn't there before.
This was for a Samsung A32 so you could imagine why I didn't care so much about a small cosmetic issue. However, I imagine it would go differently if they had damaged a significantly more expensive device. So, for users with a more expensive phone, proceed with caution and maybe take photos of your device before and after dropping it off.
Both times, I had scheduled for the earliest appointment. I had to wait a lot longer for the store to open the first time, so just know they open late sometimes and schedule for a later appointment.
Would I use them again despite these issues? Yes.”

“My phone screen broke late at night and I had a very early flight the next morning. No other place had the parts for my phone in the Houston area or other stores where closed. Luckily KK was open, had the parts, AND they even stayed open late for me to work hard on the repair. They even threw in a free privacy screen protector!I can't overstate the amazing work they did and how helpful they all where to accommodate my situation.The store is filled with an array of interesting items. Everything from cool lago sets, gift ideas to top of the line tech and perfect school laptops/tablets . I assure that this place is worth visiting for phone repairs or just to browse around. “I was recently in the store to get a detail worked out. Gisselle made one call, and then put me in touch with EXACTLY the right person to make everything right. I tried three times the day before to do this on the phone, without success.
While I was there, another customer came in and started yelling and spewing profanity. She handled herself very well. In the end, she ordered him out of the store.
