“My name is Vera now most people in the Seguin area know who I am just merely by posting my first name. I usually don’t write reviews, however Woodforest National Bank is beyond the deserving of my praise. I already sing them to many in person. Now it’s time to reach out to the masses.

First, let me tell you about the Employees within the walls of the Banks
The Mgr Sean if you can catch him without a smile or a positive greeting once you’ve become a member of the Banking family you must of walk into another bank or even possibly a credit union. lol
I assure if you are having a trouble understanding anything he is there to help you Now he is so good at his job that he handles the Seguin location and is called away to Austin to aid at other locations and he’s the man that also trains other Mgr. Though he’s ca
Led away he has an awesome assistant Manager
Asst Mgr Mrs Agnus what can I says about this lady other than I have been able to call her and ask a question and she has been able to help me understand my solutions.
She holds the fort down she like Sean makes you feel like they are so happy to see you even if you don’t need to do any banking that day still since they’re inside Walmart stop by say hi bring a friend and introduce them to the benefits of having their bank inside Walmart.

There’s 3 other employees and it would be a terrible shame if I forgot the rest of the family.
There’s James he’s been there the longest and don’t make the mistake and misjudged him. James knows all details of the banking process and can help within his limited parameters.
Then there’s Joe always smiling happy to see everyone who comes through the doors. He’s learned the banking system super fast. Which brings to mention the last member of the family Allison she has only been at the Seguin location for just a brief 4 months and she just fits right in like peanut butter and jelly.
I love her smile. The whole group is a joy.
