Wells Fargo Bank is praised for excellent customer service and a help line that is automated and quickly connects to live rep. Customers say the staff, including a girl who speaks Spanish, treated them well and solved problems. Some report issues with automatic withdrawals, where $200.00 a month was intended but $450.00 was taken instead, and they felt the account said no. Travelers from out of town, such as a customer from Miami, found a young lady who went above and beyond to get cash in Texas, even though the bank had none there.
It has improved since their move to highway 123. But the tellers are sooo lazy.

I have never had anything but excellent customer service dealing with Customer Service. The help line is better than most, and it’s automated! When I need a live rep, my call is quickly transferred and answered. Those folks have never failed me.

The first time I went to that bank they treated me well and the girl spoke English and I spoke Spanish and she solved my problem.
