“I rented a vehicle for the 1st time at the Seguin location. The app process was easy and fast and the prices were fair. I give that portion a 5 stars.

The pickup was ok the vehicle was not ready at my pickup time. It was being cleaned and with the inspection took about 20 min. There was a small issue but Brittany was able to solve my issues immediately she was courteous and respectful, and I enjoy my interaction with her. She make the pickup experience very nice I give the process was a 4.5 stars.

The return process was quick and fast I give that a 5 stars

I did have 1 huge issue while returning the vehicle I got a flat tire and almost had an accident on the highway. I was about 75 miles out from dropping off location. The vehicle had a spare and all the proper equipment for me to change the tire with no issue. I called the Seguin Enterprise and the staff member was very courteous. Upon arriving back at the Seguin location I let the staff know about the flat.

Brittney the store manager came out and heard my concern and was able to provide me with great service. She was great and her actions and understanding is the reason why I gave the overall rating of 5 stars and will rent again at Seguin location.

They get me in and out of there anytime I need to rent a car, if I need to keep the car longer than expected, it is a simple phone call that takes less than a minute and their pricing is better than all the other car rental companies easily. Even Turo for a comparable car. It is odd they are in WalMart, but honestly you are in and out of there so quickly, it is worth it. Keep up the good work New Braunfels Location Budget!”
