“What a great store. We had a great in store experience. I had ordered a mattress online but needed it before the delivery date. Seguin had one in stock. Dylan was great through text messaging and on finding my online order and canceling it. Joshua, the manager got me a mattress and let me return the mattress once it was delivered to my home. Although I lived far and it took me a few days to get to Seguin to return the online order, it all worked out. And let me just say, we LOVE the Sleepy's Bed in a Box. We bought for our camper trailer. It is a really comfy mattress. We bought the FIRM memory cooling foam. Although it is a little wider than our spot and it's memory, it squeezed right in and works. I would definitely buy from this store again for our next in home purchase.”
