“From the moment we walked in the front doors I knew it was going to be a wonderful stay! Regina at the front desk was so kind and very considerate. She was checking on another couple in front of us but still acknowledged we were there and that means alot to us. I worked front desk at Holiday Inn and another chain years ago and it drove me insane when the other front desk clerk wouldnt acknowledge when guests walked in. I know for certain we will always book here when we come for the weekend! The price is amazing and the bed was so comfortable and room was clean but the main reason is the customer service was absolutely perfect! If Regina ever goes to another hotel around here I will follow her just to get the customer service we look for. Regina is what customer service should be and could definitely train others to be like her (and shes absolutely GORGEOUS btw, lol) We will definitely be back. We are staying 2 nights and normally i wait till the end of the stay to review but I couldn't wait this time. Im looking forward to the rest of the stay. I know we will be exhausted tomorrow night because we are going to be on the river all day tomorrow so im already happy knowing we will be coming back to a super comfortable bed and kind people.”

“I’ve had a great experience living in this mobile home park. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. They communicate clearly, address concerns quickly, and truly care about maintaining a positive environment. The improvements over the past months have been noticeable—cleaner grounds, better upkeep, and thoughtful updates throughout the park. These changes have made the community feel more welcoming and comfortable. Most importantly, I feel safe living here. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, safe, and it is also senior friendly.”

“We have gone to 2 concerts in San Antonio and staying at this Super 8 in Seguin has worked out well for us. The staff were kind and friendly and very helpful. They sent check-in and check-out texts to my phone and that was helpful for being able to let the hotel know of our arrival time and anticipated check-our time. It's a good location (I-10 & Hwy46), very clean, and we felt safe there as well. There are eating places across the street and nearby if you need to eat a meal very late, like after a concert. Highly recommend this location. We have stayed here 2x now and would stay there again next time we're out that way.”

“We stay here each time we travel to Seguin for ball. Location great with close proximity to the fields. Restaurants and gas station next door. Quiet, clean, great water pressure, cold rooms, fair breakfast variety. It is kind of dated, but typically affordable. I will say this is the first time we've experienced anything to note as needs improvement. There was a somewhat unpleasant, yet tolerable smell, the floors weren't swept, and the sink struggled to drain. However, we will continue to book with them.”

“I had the best experience staying here, I was there for about 2 weeks, they are very friendly and the cleaners always came to check if you needed anything, extra towels,blankets or your room cleaned etc. 10/10 recommend if you ever need somewhere buget friendly and a place to rest your head this is the place !”
