“Not a traditional hotel. Not a staff in sight. Everything is automated - you will get a code to the gate and the entrance/room. I will add that automation worked flawlessly. Art is and decore is very cool, feels like a stay at a fancy airbnb. If the hotel offered food and beverages (maybe even a delivery via QR code), that would have completed the experience for me. Otherwise it is very much BYOB, especially if you want to hangout by the pool.”

“The Faust is a quaint hotel, dating back to 1929. It's like you stepped back in time, with the architecure and decor. The lobby area harkens back to the 1920s & 30s. Parking is in the back down a rather narrow access, but you can also access the lot from S Castell Ave. Check-in process includes instruction about your single key, so we recommend you leave it with the front desk when going out.Our room was rather small, but the bed was comfortable. The small but adequate bathroom required a step up. We stayed one night in October, and we slept well. The location is great. We walked to Krause's for an event. Unfortunately the hotel's restaurant and bar were closed, but they had tables in the outdoor frontyard with live music. The place was hopping.I would make inquiries if you need bigger accommodations, but I can see a nice, romantic night as The Faust.”

“Had the best 40th birthday this old soul could ever ask for! Elegant cocktails and delicious hors d'oeuvres, wonderful concierge service and staff attentiveness, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean rooms and grounds, every detail was perfect and even the smallest did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for a chance to go back in time to an era of style and sophistication. My husband, family and I will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful historic landmark and New Braunfels staple.”

“I spent Mother's Day weekend here and had an absolute blast. The instructors helped me fix my forehand and my backhand. They are fantastic. The food is great, the vibes are great, the facilities are wonderful and the instruction is top notch. This place is worth every single penny. We're already planning our next visit!”

“Homie stay with affordable pricing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms provided suite with a well setup kitchenet. Bonus cooking appliance could be borrowed from the lobby as well. Great boardgame collection offered along with fresh beans, fresh brewed coffee (that actually tasted very good)! Gym, outdoor pull with grills, and free laundry machines. The beds are not the softest but the pillows and blankets are. This is by no means a shiny new hotel but was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating.”

“I give it 5 stars! I enjoyed it! Most of these reviews are from years ago and the place as obviously gotten some TLC since then. Everything was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, little balcony in the back and river access. (The ladder is broke. They advised not to use so, I didn't.) The pick up spot for texas tubes is the next lot over and the public exit off the river is about 2 lots further up the river. There's a little walk up pizza place in the 1st unit (maybe 2 units?) called Di's Pizza. Pretty good! The only thing I could complain about would be the internet. It finally got it's act together though! Overall, nice place, great location, affordable and good accommodations.
See ya next time!”

“Got a king sized room on the first floor. Excellent pool. Water was nice and warm. It was great. Lots of eating places near by. Hotel is just off the I 35 frontage road off of exit 189. Breakfast was good. When I stayed thet had mini cheese omelets and sausage patties. There's a waffle station and cereal there as well. Would for sure stay here again if I'm in the area”

“I can't give the room a five Star everything else I can good parking good customer service and very quiet the bedroom needs modifications the floor is very soft in some areas which you will fall through if you are heavy I would not trust this place if you heavy the rooms are very nice for the price I'm not saying this is the best hotel because there's lot better ones dig deeper in your pocketbook for the price you pay is what you get I got room 210 with two queen size beds”

“**Five Star Google Map Review**
I was in an extremely difficult situation.

Staff at Motel 6 -NB were empathetic, helpful and down right AMAZING…!

STAY TUNED: (Developing Story)

Pat C., Debbie W., and Mikaela G. listened with their heart, spoke like doves a flight and guarded like lionesses my vulnerability.

The Community at Motel 6 is welcoming and supportive. A home when you have none….”
