“Exceptional Service at Boost Mobile! I recently switched to Boost Mobile and had an outstanding experience with their customer service. The representative who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my transition smooth. Not only did he help me get set up with a new iPhone 16, but he also provided fast, efficient service throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how quickly everything was handled - no long waits or complicated procedures. The staff member was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and it’s clear that Boost Mobile trains their team well. I’m thrilled with my new phone and my decision to switch carriers. If you’re looking for great customer service and competitive deals, I’d definitely recommend giving Boost Mobile a try. Based on my experience, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Went in earlier tonight & spoke with Isaiah. He had wonderful customer service, was very knowledgeable & gave great input on which phones to purchase. Sadly store didn’t have the phones we wanted in stock, but Isaiah referred us to the NB store at creekside… he was gracious & kind to ensure we got what we were looking for!”
