The first time I went to that bank they treated me well and the girl spoke English and I spoke Spanish and she solved my problem.

Had an appt at 10am and got there to Waite early but still had to Waite even after my appointment time. I banked for Wells Fargo for years and to see them go down hill is crazy.

Terrible customer service. I went to get a check endorsed (insurance/mortgage holder etc), and was told I didn't have the right paperwork, was asked if I could come right back with it and if so I could get the check endorsed. I came back less than 30 minutes later and was told I'd need to make an appointment and it would be at least two weeks until an open spot was available. There was only one banker working and one teller, as the banker was covering the drive thru teller's lunch. A really poor way to run a business, it's no wonder Wells Fargo has such poor customer satisfaction. If they hadn't bought my mortgage there's no way I would be doing any kind of business with them.

The worst wells fargo branch. They are always closed and having to deposit there for my company means deposits are always late. Been trying to make one for a week now

Had an appt made for 3pm by an employee earlier than the “Banker” has the nerve to infer we were lying. Took her 3:30pm appt even though we had already been waiting 30 minutes. Our transaction literally will take 5 minutes. Some staff here are so rude that is why I do not recommend this bank ever

On March 2nd, 2023, at around 3 pm, we went to deposit our this year tax returns check at our bank. Despite being customers for almost 20 years and having a great track record, our children were denied access to the bathroom. It is disappointing to be treated unwelcomingly by the teller, especially when we have been loyal customers. As hardworking parents, we deserve better service. We are now contemplating switching banks.

I would put a negative star is that was possible...Absolutely the worst bank I have ever used!!!!Always have an excuse or a reason why I can’t do a what I want with my money and forget helping with a Small Business loan or all things related.... definitely switching to another financial institution was the best thing I could ever do....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Rude customer service and tellers, when you get to the bank they can't and won't do anything and it’s always a different story/excuse!!!!

Bad,bad, i wanted to do automatic withdrawal from my checking account. $200.00 a month. Well they are trying to take out $450.00 and my account says no. I thought i had cleared it up last month. Nope samething this month....S.M.H. CRAZY...

First, never received my cards and couldn't get one. Have to wait and file online. Now payments will all be in default. Then I called to cancel a transfer I made wrong and they say they can't cancel it!!! Wow!!!! Never should have I deposited my retirement check here in new account since can't use my money to make payments online. Or they just won't help me to make them.

Im out of town coming from Miami ,and I needed to get money and there was none of my bank here in Texas ..and I went to wellsfargo and this young lady help me out a lot and took her time to try to get that cash for me ..she went above and beyond ..I wish I know her name to say it here but unfortunately I don’t ..but thank you so much

Worst bank ever!! The folks there always seem to find something wrong with my deposit and it's getting ridiculous. They always seem to lose my receipts, give me the bag, etc. Very incompetent folks working there. Do not bank here at all cost!! Save yourself the aggravation!
