“Amazing Customer Service! I took my Grandma in today to get sized. The first worker who sized her made her feel comfortable and sized her accurately while also letting her know about “sister sizes” but then at check out there was Amy, her customer service was phenomenal. My grandma was just chatting away and enjoying herself. Great customer service is no small thing, it shifts people’s days. Thankful for this experience 10/10 would most certainly recommend.”

“Shout out to the cashier Denise. She was so helpful! I was looking for a specific item, the men’s peanut jersey. Unfortunately they didn’t have it at her location but she called over to another store and had them hold it for me. Great customer service, she went above and beyond for me ☺️”

“Shopping: I enjoy shopping at this place - find some great stuff, prices are generally right. Not super cheap, but a good selection of unusual and cool pieces.

Selling: I would give 2 stars max for selling here. I agree with the other reviews- they rarely buy items, and the compensation tends to be very low if they do make an offer (astonishingly low). They are quick about processing your buy, and always very sweet, respectful, and courteous. But it's almost always a waste of time to attempt a sell here. I've had better compensation and luck at clothes mentor by Northstar and platos closet.”

“Went to pick out a first cologne for my, new this year, highschooler. He already knew he wanted Valentino, but didn't know which line. Unfortunately their Valentino was, $140 a bottle. Went online looking for a discount perfumer and found it, with a discount, for $40 less. I wish there had been a wider selection in Sephora's cologne and more competitive prices, but I did see a makeup brush I may go back for! All in all great in person try on for fragrance.”

“I called yesterday this store location and spoke to a nice woman by the name of Kelly. I asked If she had a certain pair of pink sweatpants, and at first, she said, no, then she asked me to hold on, and then she turned the answer from a no into a yes. And in my size, I asked her if she can hold them until tomorrow afternoon, and she proudly said yes, I asked her. If she would like me to bring her a cold drink tomorrow, and she said, no. And I said, please, it would be my pleasure since you are doing me. A huge favor since my other sweatpants got extremely ruined from some type of dye, and I needed these pants to replace. She said, okay, if you insist I brought her a can of ice cold ice T Brisk. As soon as I came in. I requested for Kelly and another lady brought her up to me. She was so happy to see me as I was happy to see her. She showed me the pink sweatpants, and I was so happy. She put a huge smile to my face, and then I went into my bag and gave her the cold brisk. Iced tea that she was so happy to see that I did remember. I definitely recommend this old navy to anybody.Especially ask for kelly, she is always obliged to help out a customer with a huge smile on her face!!!!!”
