“Update: once again, this store exceeded my expectations. It’s a long story, but after speaking with TMobile’s worthless AI and human telehelper who was no more help that the AI, I finally spoke with Stephanie at this store. She immediately fixed my issue. I then needed to follow up after going to Best Buy. Well, Best Buy took over an hour, but Ian was able to fix the final step in under 10 minutes. Good Job Team, once again.

2024 ish: I had an issue with my new Iphone. I went to the T-Mobile store in New Braunfels on Loop 337. After waiting for 30 minutes, they asked if I was purchasing a new phone. When I told them no, they sent me away and told me to go to an Apple Store. I then called Apple Care and they were unable to help me. I spoke with T-Mobile online and they couldn’t figure out how to fix my problem.

I was frustrated when I entered the T-Mobile store at the Forum due to my previous experiences. Well, that store runs like a well-oiled machine. There were probably 20 customers waiting when we walked in and we were seen in under 15 minutes. Not only did Devin welcome us immediately, he found an immediate answer to my problem. Trey, the manager, came over to take over and he had my phone issue fixed and helped me update my plan. I cannot give these people and this store any higher review. Thank you for your speedy, knowledgeable, and professional service.”
