“My experience with Luis Garcia was fantastic! He assisted me with my new iPhone and having my payments lowered. First part easy-breezy, but when it came to trying to lower my payments, it was nothing the main company could do. I am paying almost $100.00 a month in autopay. Luis tried his best, even though I am over 70 years old and have been with Verizon for 18 years and 9 months, almost 20 years. I guess loyalty with customers means very little. Nevertheless, with valuable representatives, Mr. Luis, makes a great difference to your company. He saw need for me. He made a lasting impression on me that I need to express. He needs to be awarded for hardworking, his knowledgeable, kindness, professionalism, and integrity that he gives to his customers.
