“My experience with Luis Garcia was fantastic! He assisted me with my new iPhone and having my payments lowered. First part easy-breezy, but when it came to trying to lower my payments, it was nothing the main company could do. I am paying almost $100.00 a month in autopay. Luis tried his best, even though I am over 70 years old and have been with Verizon for 18 years and 9 months, almost 20 years. I guess loyalty with customers means very little. Nevertheless, with valuable representatives, Mr. Luis, makes a great difference to your company. He saw need for me. He made a lasting impression on me that I need to express. He needs to be awarded for hardworking, his knowledgeable, kindness, professionalism, and integrity that he gives to his customers. Let’s give Mr. Luis Garcia the credit and recognition he deserves when it comes to Customer Service. My family wants me to leave Verizon. Time will tell. Thank you, Mr. Garcia, for all you do!!!
