Worst customer service experience ever!! The employees Skyla, Briana, and Tavon were rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this store as they will treat you badly! Go to Quarry and huebner locations where the staff is better equipped to handle needs of customers.

Melanie was stupid helpful. I came in there with busted shoes and not knowing what I needed. She let me try on many different pairs, then 3D modeled my foot for the perfect shoe. She even upsold me on some socks. Thanks you Melanie.

This store was specifically recommended by a Podiatrist for certain shoes, when I went there they didn't have not one of the shoes.? But the staff was nice & informative.

Worst customer service experience ever!! The employees Skyla, Briana, and Tavon where rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I tried to return items that were new and unworn and they would not accept the return insinuating that it was stolen since I didn't have the receipt. They illegally mishandled my personal information and told me to leave their store as they would not help me but needed to help their white customers. As a disabled woman of color I felt discriminated against and will not be returning. Stay away from this store as they will treat you badly! Go to Quarry and huebner locations where the staff is better equipped to handle needs of customers.

Worst customer service experience ever!! The employees Skyla, Briana, and Tavon where rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I tried to return items that were new and unworn and they would not accept the return insinuating that the items were stolen since I didn't have the receipt. They illegally mishandled my personal identifiable information and continuously raised their voices, ignored me, and walked away from me while I was talking. Several times I was told they were closing early and that I needed to leave their store so they could help their customers, I guess I was not considered a customer. When I asked them for the supervisor they said he would not come to the store and there was no way to contact him or corporate. As a disabled woman of color I felt discriminated against and will not be returning. I will stick to the Quarry and huebner locations where the staff is better equipped to handle the needs of their customers.

Me and my wife bought three pairs of shoes plus Inserts. (About $400) Ordered me the wrong shoes even though they were the exact ones I was wearing when I went into the store. Went back and they still couldn’t figure it out. My wife had to come back for wrong fitment. They didn’t try using that laser fitment machine they advertise. No apology ether time, just here’s your money back on my two pairs. Found them online in 2 minutes at a competitor CHEAPER at DSW. 4 employees there on a Monday. Waste of time.

Alyssa was a real gem. I guess I disturbed her down time. Had a bad attitude because she had to get up off the chairs she was laying on. I knew what I wanted but she kept talking over me. Got my shoes and left. The gentleman that was there last week was very polite. Where was he at? Poor customer service today.
