The manager David is very kind and helpful and always goes the extra mile to help his customers out with whatever means necessary. Definitely check out this location for affordable storage needs. I have had such a pleasant experience I also put my mother’s stuff in just last week.”

“I broke down in San Antonio with a major coolant leak. After calling around, Lone Star worked me into their busy schedule. I was happy to talk to an actual person and not a recording. Unfortunately, I broke down near Austin because the mechanic failed to torque the driveshaft to specs. Lone Star acknowledged the error and paid to have my truck towed back to their shop. They repaired my truck and trailer and had me on my way at the end of the day. I recommend Lone Star because they are honest and stand behind their work!”

“Brian was most helpful when I made my reservation. Very polite and helpful. I accidentally called the other location and gave my reservation number and they said I didn’t have a truck reserved. So I called the store where Brian works and he pulled it right up.
When I went in there today to pick up my truck, he even got the door and helped me into the truck since I was recovering from a knee replacement. Best place to rent a Uhaul truck.”

“Very quick and efficient check in and out. Really helpful crew. Located inside Home Depot. You can check in at the tool rental place. They have some blankets but if you want packing materials you'll have to go into Home Depot to get them.”
