“The manager and workers were all very communicative and upfront about the service I got done. They allowed service through extended warranty as well! They just make sure your extended warranty covers the part you need replaced or fixed.
In my experience with them, I arrived the day I started having a problem with my car. They got it diagnosed and confirmed the cost of the replacement. Once they took pictures and confirmed my warranty covered the repair, the part was ordered day-of, and I was able to get my car fixed any day that worked best for me. They also were very quick to fix the car, and no problems or upsells arose during the repair. I've had the car for about a week now after the fix and it's working like new again. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and quick service, friendly knowledgeable employees, and an auto shop open on Saturdays!”

“I was reading the reviews here for RAW and I came across one about a missing lanyard, possibly stolen from the workers there. I’ve purchased tires here at this location and the customer service was excellent. I highly doubt that anyone would go after a keychain lanyard Angelina and Mark went out of their way to help me. Customer service was fantastic and the service was fast. I’ve had my rims now for three years and no problems plus I got an alignment. I think they’re too busy helping customers them to take time to steal a lanyard.”

“I had valve stems from my previous tire purchase fail on two different occasions. Based on that I thought it would be prudent to have the remaining two replaced before any kind of failure. Discount Tire was more than happy to replace the remaining two at no cost. They stand behind their products reliability. 5 Stars”
“As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. They let you know that you will be served and once you get to talk to them, you are given an estimate of time it will take. Where else can you go that gives this kind of service when dealing with issues on your vehicle? These guys are fantastic! Everyone is friendly, helpful and very honest with you. We recently had a flat tire and was worried we would need another tire. The gentleman that assisted me was so very nice and even assured me that they would let me know if there was damage to the tire. It was later in the day about 1 hour till closing and one would think they are ready to head out the door after working hard all day. But he was so professional and courteous keeping me posted. I am grateful 🙏 to this business and will continue to go there knowing I can trust them. Thank you!”
“One of the great things about doing business with Discount Tire is that your warranty is good at any location. I know zero about cars, just that it drives or doesn't. Thankfully I have people like Discount Tire that can look after my car even when I am out of town. When I was driving through San Antonio from Dallas I noticed that my car didn't seem to be driving correctly, so I stopped in to this location for some peace of mind that it was safe to drive. It turned out that one of my tires had a serious issue, and they were not only able to quickly resolve the issue, they were courteous, very forthcoming by showing me the issue, and actually had me back on the road an hour faster than anticipated. That is customer service! On a 100 degree day, the cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. Thanks so much for your help and speedy service!”

“After having some work done on my truck and taking it to two different Alignment shops I was recommended this place found out right away. The issue was my tire rods were on the wrong side fixed it aligned it and my truck was good to go. I will never go to anywhere else for any alignment work or Suspension work This is the only place I will go. There are fast, friendly, and Well priced”
