“So this happened today. I was driving home from work and while driving I literally thought the frame of my car was going to break in half!!! I stopped at a tire shop to make sure my tires were okay. They inspected my tires and said everything was fine and I was safe to drive. ? Well I drove to my mechanic and as soon as I drove up, my mechanic said you've got something in your tire I heard it when you drove up. Sure enough this is what was in my tire!!! This big bolt made my car feel like my car was going to split in two while driving. I got my tire fixed and now my car drives smooth again. All this construction in San Antonio cheese and rice!!! That thing is gigantic!!! I feel so blessed to have a great mechanic who is honest and trustworthy!!! Thank God I didn't get stranded with a flat tire. God is good!!!???”

“This place was amazing! I’ve called couple other body shops around prior to coming to this Carstar location and people were rude on the phone and said they don’t have anything available for 3-4 weeks, but this place is by far THE BEST place from very friendly lady on the phone to the very honest adjuster. They were able to get me in the same day for estimate. When I had trouble finding the place, the lady on the phone was very nice and explained exactly how to get there (as they are little bit away from 90w) The service writer Marcos was very professional, gave his honest opinion and they were able to fix my car the same day. It’s definitely the best service I’ve ever had with body shops. So friendly and honest people. Highly recommend this place, you will not regret!”

“Came here , no wait time straight into business, took less than 30 mins to fix my bent 20’ alum rim! he charged me for a simple 1 bend fix , him or me not knowing how many bents it actually had , he went with a set price and I paid , it turned out to be multiple bends ,after seeing the extra service it need I did not have any more cash on me to cover it .however the owner (Ralph) was super kind and took care of the bends not included in the price I paid, he also took care of a nail in my tire completely free !, very honest and professional work from these guys , i highly recommended anyone with broken or bent rims to shop by and show them some love ! “As I was leaving work I noticed a huge bubble in my tire,so I immediately drove to discount tire. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. I received wonderful service. I wasn't expecting to but tires, and was apprehensive. The gentleman I talked to told me he didn't feel comfortable with me driving home with my tire like that because it could cause a blow out, so he gave me a great deal on some new tires. They put them on very quickly. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured to buy anything.”

“I was in San Antonio today on business, after I picked up my daughter and son in law to go to the meeting I noticed that my vehicle was letting me know that I had a low tire. So I right away found a discount tire and after waiting for about 20 minutes they told me they couldn’t fix it because the hole was larger than a small nail, what a waste of time. My daughter told me about another place so we drove over there. Viramontes tire shop was amazing, had me back on the road in about 15 minutes.”

I was met in the parking lot by Keano and immediately taken care of. The professionalism and service was superior and quick as multiple technicians swarmed my vehicle for service.
