“This place is awesome! I got a white chocolate mocha iced coffee and she made it for me right away while I shopped and it was so good! Nothing better than shopping local. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates family owned places and people who put their heart in what they do!”

“We were just visiting for the day and stopped in for snacks. I remembered my watch battery was not working so we stopped at the jewelry department. After pushing the button for help amd waiting for what seemed like a very long while, the manager Eric cane by amd asked if we had been helped. He immediately called for an associate to come help us. She wasn't very helpful to say the least. I will not mention her name either. Seminole is such a small town but she definitely needs help with customer service skills. While she was trying to change out my watch battery a customer who had been waiting for a dressing room walked over and asked if she and her daughter to get in a room. The associate rolled her eyes and said it'll be a moment. I told the associate we had no problem waiting for her to let the 2 customer in a room. So when she came back to my watch she tried a couple more times to remove the back. We sttod ther for about 15-20 minutes while she tried and finally she said I can't do it, it's too tight. I mentioned if my husband could try, since it's too tight for her amd she abruptly said NO. So, I asked if she could call the manager Eric back over maybe he could. With a shrug of her shoulders she reluctantly called for Eric. He came over and within 2 minutes had the back off and telling the associate the battery size. Thank goodness he was there and available. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Exactly what he's a manager. It's disappointing when associates just dont have any customer service skills but yet are working in customer service. We're glad Eric was there and was able to help us get my watch battery replaced. 4 stars only because of Eric AND also one of the few Walmart stores we've been to in the past 2-3 years (including Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada) that DID NOT have Self Checkout!! I feel that if I'm spending a few hundred dollars in Walmart, I shouldn't have to check out my own groceries at the end. So, I was really happy to have an experienced associate handle all of that.”

“Love this store. It's either here or heb in odessa. The lowes in andrews sucks. Won't go in there for 1 single thing! Everything is way over priced and alot of their product has already expired. Produce is the worst I've ever seen in a store thank God for this little store its always clean and well stocked and the employees go above and beyond to accomidare you! Thank you from Andrews!”
