“This is def one of the best places to get fresh meat and other delicious items. You can tell the difference of the quality of meat compared to HEB, which is tasteless, chewy and gross. Prices here are reasonable as well, and its worth it. Highly recommend!”

“My mom and I walked in about 2pm, there was no wait. We could not figure out what we wanted , everything sounded so good. My Mom went with the smoked turkey sandwich, she said the bread was fresh, the turkey didn’t take like cold cuts, she said it tasted like it was just smoked. “The thing that really makes this place awesome is the butcher shop. They have this guy that works there since maybe January this year? His name is Michael-I had to ask-they didn't give him a name tag, but you can't miss him, big tall dude. He was super courteous, please, thank you-called my husband sir, called me ma'am. Nobody has manners like this anymore and I like that. He knew the products, too. He recommended this cheese called Longhorn cheese and told me how he makes a special sandwich with it. It was something I would never normally buy, but he gave me a tiny sample, and now I love the stuff and so does my family. This Michael J guy is awesome. The store could use a remodel, though-ugliest floors I ever saw, lol.”
“If you want fresh meat and all the ingredients for almost any dinner with an authentic flair- this is a one stop shop. Beef pork and chicken, fajita load outs ready to cook, chorizo and marinated chicken. I've lived near this place off and on since 1986, and I'm embarrassed that I haven't shopped there much until recently. Go in, buy steaks and seasonings and "real" Mexican Coke (cola) and all the produce for an awesome cookout, and you're done. Great prices, friendly people and hot chicharrones ready to eat. They even have your smoking wood and grill gas.”

“Fantastic person who helped us! She went above and beyond and my husband is so happy. We will be ordering more once he runs out. We have tried two flavors so far and he has loved them. They are on the dryer side compared to mainstream jerky, but the flavors and portion is perfect, especially for eating in a timely manner without it becoming too dried out.”
“This specific location has excellent red meat prices! Beats any grocery store prices by far. All other meats not so much, personally I wouldn’t buy from here. Doesn’t look fresh and prices are the same from the bigger grocery chains. They have a small ear in restaurant for tacos, barbacoa, fresh homemade tortillas, homemade chicharrón and some bakery items. Small area of produce that I would not recommend, looks very old and most items look like they need to be in the trash. Prices on products , can food, dairy items on shelves are a bit overpriced but if your looking for convenience or last minute stuff this is the place to go. Employees at the check out aren’t very inviting and most of the time look like they don’t want to be there. However the employees that work in the back in the meat area are very helpful and nice. Overall my experiences are ok, I get my steaks and I’m out!”

“Stopped at this gas station and was pleasantly surprised! I tried their special Akaushi Jerky, and wow it was incredible. I usually stick to Jack Link’s, but Bobby offered me a sample and it completely won me over. The flavor and quality were top-notch. He was super friendly and polite, and I really appreciated how welcoming he was. Next time I’m back in Texas, I’ll definitely stop here got get their jerky again. I consider it the best jerky I’ve ever had on the road, hands down. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re passing through!”
“The people who work there very curtious prices a little high but it’s really out of convenience when you shop here instead of the grocery store. Butcher on site meat is great we know where we can go in & out & then head home to make dinner with fresh meat from the butcher. They also have vegetables,fruit,spices,can goods,paper plates etc etc just a little bit of everything. Great place it’s clean they also serve few meals or to go there too.”

“These stores are good for several products, some good and others not so good, the quality in some is good and in others not so much, but in my particular point of view they are very expensive stores with items that are not of very good quality but much more expensive than in others. Supermarket food is cheap and tastes good in most of its dishes.”

“10/10 highly recommend! Good selection for humans and dogs lol. Went there to get bones for my doggies. I was a bit confused when I went looking at the bones because one bag said “marrow bones” and the other said “dog bones” so that threw me off a bit and I had to ask the cashier to make sure they weren’t bones from dogs ??♀️? She was so friendly and pleasant and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. Will definitely be going back when we run out.”
