“This was our dogs first experience at Woofgang and it was great (with Elysea and Courtney) The groomers were very good at listening to what I wanted my dogs to look like and took the time to ask questions about anything they weren't sure about. The dogs also went home with cutie bandanas and a little treat bag. Great service for the price”

“JR is the best! I’ve been taking my rescue dogs here for over 10 years and he has always done an excellent job! I had a miniature poodle in which the cut was perfect! Now I have a Maltipoo that he cuts with the teddy bear shape on the face and people always compliments my dog’s cut! Highly recommend!”

“My dog has been going to K 9 Cafe since she was just a puppy. They used to offer a “Puppy’s First Groom”.
It’s basically the mini groom. But, that was her first experience.
She’s almost 7 years old now.
I’ll admit that there was a dip in service for a couple of years post pandemic. But, things have returned to be more consistent.
I’ve taken her elsewhere. But, she and I are just more comfortable with K9 Cafe.”

“I recently visited this location with my daughter and wanted to share some constructive feedback. As someone who manages a business myself, I believe customer experiences like this are worth addressing.
Upon entering, we were greeted by the store manager, Glen. Unfortunately, his interaction with us felt rushed and dismissive. When I expressed interest in meeting several puppies to find the right connection, I was told appointments were required and that, if I was a serious buyer, he could bring out one puppy. While I understand limiting interactions for the puppies’ health, the way this was communicated made me feel more like an inconvenience than a potential customer.
What concerned me most was later watching Glen interact with another family in a noticeably warmer, more attentive, and enthusiastic manner. The difference in treatment was significant enough that I felt stereotyped or discriminated against, which was extremely disappointing.
I ultimately asked to work with the female cashier, who was incredibly friendly, bubbly, and helpful. After learning I preferred not to work with him, Glen apologized and became more pleasant, although I would have appreciated having my request to continue with another employee respected.
On a positive note, the store itself was exceptionally clean, odor-free, and the puppies appeared happy and alert. I also mentioned that one kennel needed cleaning, and the female assistant manager immediately notified staff and had it addressed.
My other concern was inventory. Several aisles and displays were noticeably empty or sparsely stocked, which gave the store the appearance that it may be closing. Maintaining fuller inventory could improve the overall shopping experience, increase additional sales, and encourage repeat business.
Overall, this Petland has a lot of potential. The cleanliness and attentiveness of several team members were excellent. I believe some additional coaching on customer service and consistent treatment of all guests for store manager Glen , along with improved inventory levels, could make a significant difference.”
