Excellent customer service from Jade who patiently walked me through all the paperwork, took me around the facility to select my unit, explained the alarm systems and double-checked to make sure my code was correctly set up. Learning that deliveries are accepted was a pleasant surprise!”
“I am moving so obviously needing supplies. I looked for a local place to purchase them. This particular location was nearest me and I had the greatest experience of customer service finding it difficult to remember another industry that provided anything close. This location was happy to see me when I initially walked in for the first time. Treated me like family, helped me in every way possible from Loading, unloading selecting the appropriate materials and offered a water every time I came for additional materials. I highly recommend this particular store.If you need any products uhaul provides.”
“They went well over the standard call to help me out! I got T boned and the other driver at fault, nothing but problems from her insurance company State Farm (what a joke) lack of communication with me and Enterprise for my loaner and Enterprise did more for me than State Farm adjusters did! I could go on about what a joke State Farm is and how they're treating me! Definitely go see Enterprise for your truck needs, they wont disappoint you. The whole team at the Spring location were great!”
“The location was easy to find on Google maps and the rep wasn't in the office but was still on property and came over to greet me when I arrived. She was absolutely excellent, walked me through the entire check-in process, retrieved the truck for me, and helped guide me out of the property. I don't think I have ever had such a wonderful experience renting a Uhual truck ever, and I have rented several. That woman is a treasure.”

“The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”

“Sheree, the Assistant Manager helped me with the in person reservation and the return of the auto transport that I rented. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to interact with, and is the perfect example of what customer service should be!! She was very, very nice and is very knowledgeable. I prefer to rent from this facility vs. any other. Also, the Manager, Graham approached me as I was leaving and wanted to make sure I was happy/satisfied about my rental. He is also one of the most customer service oriented people I've ever dealt with. The two different men who hooked up/unhooked the trailer from my vehicle were also very pleasant. The Manager/Assistant Manager at this facility are absolute GOLD!!!”
“Our crew at work takes lunch here when we are working in Spring. The U-Haul rental is actually located in the gas station. Not the big new building they just built next to it. Family owned and ran business. Very nice people. The kitchen inside also has pretty good food. I recommend the quesadillas.”
