“Searched for the best deal on replacing the driver door glass on my F250. Did online quotes from other companies, called a few local glass places, then found the listing for Caliber and called and they had the best price of anyplace I tried, and it was the same glass manufacturer as the oem glass, same acoustic glass and same solar tint, and they had a next day appointment available so I booked it. Installer called me at 8:20 this morning saying he was 40 minutes away. A couple of minutes before 9:00 he showed up, and only 20 minutes later he was finished replacing the door glass on my truck. Very professional and personable guy, did a great job! Caliber provided great service and the best price, can't beat that!”

My car was slammed to the ground so I had to get brakes, rocker panels, new front bumper retainer clips on my TRD Camry. They did a phenomenal job of making repairs. I was very shocked how fast repairs were done. They kept me very informed often with the progress of the repairs. My car was done in 4 days! Very very impressed. “This is actually my second windshield I have had replaced by Able glass company. My first one was a 1989 Honda CRX which is a difficult windshield to find they were able to get one in fairly quickly and the price was much better than anyone else. More recently my 2015 Ram that had numerous Rock chips and a large crack developed a second large crack due to the cold weather and warm defroster. They had the class in stock at a price that I can't complain about. They were able to get it done immediately and my appointment they still got me in. They are a great local business.”

“Business needs to tighten up their posted hours of operation. Google listing says open is 9:00, one sign on the canopy says 9:30, it turns out it's actually 10:00 (which another sign stated). This is also impacted by the weather, apparently (below 45 and they may delay opening) - so, be aware that if you show up early, and depending on which hours you are going by, you may be sitting around a bit waiting.Pricing is posted on their website, and on site, with the usual "no cost" option if you use insurance. Spent the 1+hour I waited doing some Googling, and it's still unclear if having insurance pay for the repair will ultimately increase your premium/count as a claim. That said, opted to just pay the $70 (cash, they tack on $5 if you pay by card) for the one chip repair - and did not involve insurance at all (apparently a 15-20 min call itself).Super nice tech, and the actual repair was quick - and while it is still visible (as they stated) it is reassuring seeing that the crack that had been spreading was filled in and blocked from spreading anymore.The fact that their Google listing (which the owner can update easily) was off by an hour AND that they have conflicting hours posted on signage on site - I just can't give 5 stars. Service/price were reasonable, but costing your customer over an hour of time due to lack of attention to details isn't great.”

“Apple glass company and the workers did great a great job replacing my leaking rear windshield on my 2007 Honda accord. The Honda dealer wanted 1500$ to replace the windshield. Ouch… apple saved my windshield costing only 220$, in the event they couldn’t save my windshield, it’d only be 300$. They saved it, resealed my windshield, and even showed me that one of the wires for the heating element was fried. Fast. Great work. Honest company. Good people”

I had a problem installed led lights strips on my car, due to the wiring part of it.
