“This is my second time coming here. Both times have been excellent down to the quality of work, time of completion and customer service. First time I had my vehicle repaired via an insurance claim with almost $9,000 of hail damage and the second time I had a single dent that was fixed via a warranty which Amy had approved and fixed within 3 hours. Both times the car was returned just like how I left it but no dents :). Communication was great and would come back anytime I get more dents!”

“Mohammad was a rockstar! Came in with 2 insurance claims and the transactions worked seamless. From start to finish he kept me informed of the status of parts, repairs and explained everything clearly when I had questions. The shop jumped right on my repairs and fixed the truck quickly. When I received my truck back, it looked brand new. Mind you the only repairs were my hood, front bumper, and my replacement of my rear taillights. He even found that my front headlight was cracked and replaced it as part of the front end repairs. The vehicle was cleaned on the outside and the inside. “Quality shop, was DIYing a bumper repair for a friend but needed to get the new fascia painted, was able to drop it off and get a quote on Saturday and they called saying it was done Tuesday afternoon. Installed it that weekend and was a perfect match, looks better than new! Price was reasonable and service was quick and quality.”
“The team here, especially Jeff, is super nice and helpful. My car was brand new and the broken part was delayed by manufacture. Yet, Jeff called my insurance to follow up frequently to figure out other options for it. He also looked for matching part tirelessly and even checked in with national wide dealerships to find out what the root cause is. He kept pushing his vendor to make sure my part shipped to the US as soon as it is available. “This a great place to trust your car Sonny did a great job last couple months in my Toyota sienna was damage both bumpers front and rear and the trunk door in a wreck, he did take care of everything and Beside my insurance company tell him to not use original Toyota parts to repair my car, Sonny looks for every OEM Toyota in my car and the paint work looks excellent. And two months later I had another issues with my other car a Porsche cayenne’s air suspension was liking air going down, I take it to Sonny’s shop just to see if he can take a look on it, he did it and he didn’t found a easy liking and recommended take it for specialist shop he was right was an internal liking at check block, Sonny didn’t charge nothing for that favor,
I really recommend this shop is for long the most truthful place to take your car.”

Anthony went out of his way to go the extra mile to get the most affordable price he could on my bumper and eventual final price on the complete bumper replacement and paint job. His experience and professional way he handled any concerns I had was exceptional and I have to say I dare anyone to find a more affordable high quality paint and bumper for under 3500 which wasn't about quantity, but true quality for the customer service and finding solutions to problems as long as Anthony works at Spring Cypress!”
