“Business needs to tighten up their posted hours of operation. Google listing says open is 9:00, one sign on the canopy says 9:30, it turns out it's actually 10:00 (which another sign stated). This is also impacted by the weather, apparently (below 45 and they may delay opening) - so, be aware that if you show up early, and depending on which hours you are going by, you may be sitting around a bit waiting.Pricing is posted on their website, and on site, with the usual "no cost" option if you use insurance. Spent the 1+hour I waited doing some Googling, and it's still unclear if having insurance pay for the repair will ultimately increase your premium/count as a claim. That said, opted to just pay the $70 (cash, they tack on $5 if you pay by card) for the one chip repair - and did not involve insurance at all (apparently a 15-20 min call itself).Super nice tech, and the actual repair was quick - and while it is still visible (as they stated) it is reassuring seeing that the crack that had been spreading was filled in and blocked from spreading anymore.The fact that their Google listing (which the owner can update easily) was off by an hour AND that they have conflicting hours posted on signage on site - I just can't give 5 stars. Service/price were reasonable, but costing your customer over an hour of time due to lack of attention to details isn't great.”
