“I absolutely love shopping at this Carter’s location! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance finding something. Every visit is a pleasant experience because of how kind and attentive everyone is.

The store is always clean, well organized, and easy to shop, which makes finding what I need so much easier. As a busy parent, I also really appreciate the option to shop online and pick up my order in-store when I’m short on time, or browse the store when I have the chance.

Another huge plus is that they always have great sales going on. Since babies outgrow their clothes so quickly, it’s nice to be able to stock up without spending a fortune. I also love their rewards program you earn rewards for purchases I was already planning to make, so it’s a great bonus that helps save even more on future shopping trips.

Overall, this is my favorite Carter’s location because of the outstanding customer service, clean and organized store, convenient shopping options, and amazing deals. I highly recommend shopping here!”

“Usually able to find what you are looking for. Purchasing online and picking up in store is smooth at this location. Line can get really backed up at times and the way Old Navy does their check out line makes it kind of chaotic when it's really busy. Overall this location is good and I drive out of my way to visit this specific location.”

“This is one of the better Once Upon a Child locations when it comes to actually getting a fair payout for good-quality kids’ clothes. Compared with other locations I’ve tried, this one seems willing to pay more for items that are still in great condition and not worn out, and that’s a big reason I’m giving it 4 stars.
The downside is the process can be pretty slow. The store can get messy at times, and during some visits it feels like employees are spending more time socializing than keeping the sorting and intake process moving. That can make an already time-consuming drop-off take even longer than it probably needs to.
That said, for parents trying to get some money back from clothes their kids have outgrown, this is still one of the better places to go. It’s also a solid option if you’re trying to redo your kid’s wardrobe without paying full retail prices. The prices to buy clothes here are pretty reasonable too.
My biggest suggestion would be to streamline the process a little more. Having dedicated employees focused strictly on sorting and processing clothes, separate from the staff handling the front counter, could probably cut down on confusion and delays.
Overall, good payouts, fair buying prices, and plenty of value for parents. The operation just needs to be a little more organized and efficient. 4/5.”
