“I had sleepwear that was ordered online that I needed to return, so went to that department at the store. The salesperson heard me say return and said No, I don't do that, take it downstairs. I asked, where downstairs and she replied anywhere, just ask someone. I was about to comment and she cut me off and with a raised voice said, JUST ASK SOMEONE. Then she walked off. I found someone who was much nicer and competent. But, I think I'll shop at Macy's from now on.”

“Today I was helped by Zach he was actually very quick to attend to me which was nice because normally when I go to shoe stores I find myself getting a little frustrated trying to find help (I also feel a tad bit awkward going to kids shoe stores due to the fact that I’m an adult) Zach had made me feel welcomed and answered my questions. When I struggled to find what size of Uggs I needed he gave me his advice on the way they should fit naturally , along with that he demonstrated the way one of the water proof sprays that journeys sells works since I was unaware you can’t get Uggs wet and will be going somewhere where it snows and my boots will certainly get wet. I have no idea if he’s a manager already or if he’s an employee I personally think he would do great in leadership roles if he’s not in one already.”

“I LOVE this store. Just bought three pairs of pants that are totally versatile for work or play, and they fit perfectly right off the rack. Colors work very well with other combinations. I already have a gym wardrobe from here, years old but all items still look great and haven't worn out either fabric-wise or color-wise. The quality of this clothing is top- notch. I do have items from Title Nine and Lululemon, but Athleta, in my opinion, feels more comfortable then either of the other two lines. Athleta is my favorite!”
“I absolutely love Janie and Jack. Their clothes are classic and just hands down better than any other clothes you will find for your child. They have a new manager and the store is amazing. The costumer service is great and they take the time to know you. My oldest is 4 and they have known me since I was pregnant with him. Every time I go in not only dl they ask if they can help me with my shopping but they ask about my kids. If you have had a bad costumer service experience before I can assure you that the new manager and her team are great!”
“I always order online for pick up and when I go in to get my order, the associates are very friendly. They always make sure to greet me and ask if I need any help. This location is right under the food court. It's a decent sized store and it's always clean and not overly crowded.”

“We absolutely love Kid to Kid! We shop and sell here all the time, and every experience has been great. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bringing in a toddler and multiple tubs of clothes and gear is never easy, and they are always quick to help us get everything inside.
Their buying process is efficient, organized, and as fast as they can make it, which we really appreciate. The store itself is always clean, well-organized, and full of great finds, so we almost always leave with something after selling our items!
We’re so thankful to have a Kid to Kid nearby. It’s become one of our favorite places for buying and selling children’s clothes, toys, and gear. Highly recommend!”
