“Great experience here! I went in for a DOT physical, and my blood pressure was a little high from just drinking and energy drink and taking a B12 vitamin. The Dr was nice enough to give it a couple tries, before failing me due to high BP. Finally got a reading that normal levels, and not to mention the facility is clean and very courteous.”

We have been having trouble with my dad’s Medicare options and she has been an absolute angel, super understanding and tries her best to help us out.”

“I am a foster parent and have had many last minute appointments that needed to be scheduled due to the states guidelines. Elsie has went above and beyond to squeeze me in even when there are no available appointments. Each time I go in, she greats me with a smiling face and is quick to help us. She is welcoming to my children as well.
I have floated between multiple providers and the therapist for different appointments with my children there and they all have been amazing. They helped educate my teenagers on how to be healthy and protect their own body, they have played with the infants to make them more comfortable, and they have taught me how to handle different situations I have been faced with.
Many organizations are not aware of the protocols for foster youth - however this office is and has made everything so much easier for me. They jump through all of the extra hoops put in place by the state and they never complain. I highly recommend the spring office.”

“Read if going for physical therapy - this office is amazing! I was very hesitant due to experiences with physical therapists in the past but this may some of the best health care I’ve ever received. Christina, my physical therapist, was a great listener and just generally a kind and knowledgeable human being, and the receptionists were always professional and even went out of their way to help me figure out an issue with a surprise bill I received. Overall, they went above and beyond for my care and it’s made a huge difference for me! Thank you!!!”
“This visit we saw Dr. David Nguyen. Lone star family health center in Conroe has always been professional and friendly since I've attended ( since 2020) . Dr. Nguyen is always informative and shows sincere concern when it comes to the baby. However, I would be remissed if I didn't mention his super helpful and always polite assistant Mrs. Sussetti! She's always personable when it comes to my kids! She captures their attention and helps to keep them occupied while I answer questions effectively!. Great service from her and Mrs. Krystal, always!!! Their dedication and service should be appreciated and not taken for granted!?”
