Very unhappy with my last 2 visits to Kroger Atascocita. Cashier was wonderful, but sakers have been terrible..walked away when they saw I had a cart full of groceries and cashier and I did all the sacking, with other customers standing in line. I don't mind sacking groceries, but it was not.self checkout.

Went to the Kroger on 6060 F. M2920. The cashier there was very rude. Even after me telling her I would report her to her manager in front of her manager, she still did not care attitude continued. He asked her to remove herself from the conversation. She stayed in the conversation, not following directions of her store manager. Rude disrespectful. This is why everyone is going over to HEB I advise everyone to go to HEB do not shop Kroger. They are rude that employees do not care about how they treat the customers. Why? Because they know they're not going to do anything man. It's meant or anyone else.I will never shop in another kroger....

The digital coupons are a joke/scam. I would not recommend grocery pick up. Who's idea was it to pay for new signs and make it harder for a customer to check in a bay?? Fire them. it takes longer and slow business revenue down .. what was wrong with the old ways? I will continue with heb for a fast and reliable service.also seems they dont treat their employees well ..

My poor husband is a Dairy lead in a Kroger store.
Kroger keeps cutting the hours of regular staff, causing the leads to work themselves to death with no help. Now he was told that Kroger wants the leads to have open availability.
Let me make this clear , NOBODY can work an entire department by themselves !!!!
Corporates attitude about this is to make sure the stock holders make money and corporate elite makes their money..but they are stepping on the backs of there very employees they NEED to make all of this work. You can not work people like this and expect to have productivity.. the money corporate made during the pandemic the billions of dollars made was a Fluke thing...you are not going to get those same numbers now post pandemic..stop trying to kill your employees to get it... STOP CUTTING HOURS and HIRE MORE PEOPLE! You are so greedy that you're cutting your own throat...wake up!

Krogers management Ye Dara and Chelsea, lack basic customer service skills. The manager did not step in to assist the line. Customers stood in line nearly 30 mins.Lazy manager just walked around looking clueless with her hands in her pockets unbelievable. Cashier Chelsea at self-checkout is rude and has horrible customer services.

Kroger has no respect for it's customers or employees/ associates! They've lost the eye of the tiger persay! They only care about the corporate bigwigs getting their bonuses. Even the medium/smaller management aren't getting bonuses! Their employees/ associates are the ones actually running the stores and for doing so. Quit paying people to tell you how to run your stores...let your store managers do it, they know their stores their shoppers, NOT YOU, YOU'VE NEVER EVEN RAN A STORE BEFORE, YOU'VE ONLY WALKED THROUGH ONE (woohoo). JMHO

Kroger has been failing me in so many ways. My Kroger account was hacked from another state. Each card on file had been run with fraudulently charges. I was informed it’d be best to start a new account. Catch is I would loose all my points and boost member in doing so. Why should I have to suffer more inconveniences due to Kroger’s site being unsecured? Poor assistance with trying to transfer to a new secure account. Broken promises of call-backs from online fraud department. Reps rush off the phone with little to no solutions and one rep hung up on me twice. I’m told they’re get back with me, but at an unknown time frame. Meanwhile I can’t feel confident in using the membership I’ve paid for since I don’t trust loading new card information to the same account. Doesn’t even seem like the reps care. I’ll use the time I’m suppose to wait on a response to seek other grocery delivery service options because it’s clear my business is not being valued at Kroger.

They want you to download the app not save money but you have to individually clip every coupon. So you are not saving money or time. Removing your app from my phone and will not be shopping at your stores from now on. This is not the 1980's. Stop degrading me and anyone else that shops at your stores. If you have sales and someone uses your store they should be allowed to get the savings without clipping every coupon.

Kroger Company,I had the opportunity to work for Kroger Company and another retailer concurrently. There were polarizing differences of the two. The main difference is how I was treated at the other retailer was much better. My time at Kroger felt like it was never going to end. I my experience is valuable to the Kroger Company and how it treats their store associates and fosters a positive environment for them. The past three years, I have participated in the associate insight survey and all three years the Kroger Company has neglected to address the various concerns from store associates. I do not believe that the Kroger Company values their associates. From concerns ranging from micromanaging to lack of leadership, Kroger has a cultural problem. Simon Sinek once wrote “a culture is strong when people work with each other for each other. A culture is weak when people are working against each other.” At Kroger, it is evident there is no teamwork because of the weakness of the leadership and store management bonuses. It starts with the senior leadership to the store leadership. There are key differences between leadership and management. Companies manage things, leaders empower and take care of their associates. I have experienced that my former coworkers were working they didn’t care about, because they have no motivation. This caused undue stress on them, creating low morale amongst the enterprise. I encourage the most senior leadership of Kroger to look deep within themselves of how to treat their associates better.

I called in to report an issue I had regarding a pharmacy and pharmacist. This was a very long and drawn out 3 hours it took me just to be able to get to the correct department due to either the phone system did not work or Corporate has it set up to discourage people from calling for these reasons. When I was finally (after Several times calling) reported the issues I was experiencing. I was assured I would be contacted back for additional information. Well, Needless to say, I am glad I did not hold my breath. I guess they no longer address customer service issues.
