I hate their new Kroger app. Their preview ad does not show up until the day ( WED.) it changes. Looking for digital coupons for that week is also a hassle compared to Randall's. Our Kroger located on Cullen St. in Houston 77023 doesn't stock up on items on sale .

The employee, Felicia, went over and beyond as I was checking out in the self check out line. Her customer service was excellent. She made my experience pleasant. She is so mindful. Need more like her. She works at the store on Antoine and 249.
